Abstract
The subject of this thesis is the analysis and comparison of affordable loan products offered by commercial banks in the Czech Republic for businesses in industrial enterprises. The work is divided into several parts. At the beginning is described banking system functions CNB and several kinds of banks, commercial banks where the main activities are the provision of loans. There are currently picking types of loans qualify for a loan collateral. In the final section compares four different bank loan products, which by analyzing discover which product is among the best.
