Abstract

The bachelor work deals with the design of server room reconstruction project in the manufacturing company. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of the project and also points to project management methods as project identification, logframe, swot analysis or work breakdown structure. The practical part analyzes the current state of the server room and on this bases is created design of the project for reconstruction. This project is based on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part. The project focuses on the timetable for reconstruction, its budget and human resources management. Furthermore, using a multi-criteria decision-making, a suitable new server is selected to be equipped in the reconstructed server room.
