Abstract
The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to assess services that are offered in a particular company. More specifically, the thesis focuses on the analysis of the individual services offered in the company called bp služby, a.s.
The assessment and further suggestions for improvement of the services were based on the questionnaires that were used in this thesis. In the practical part of the thesis methods of analysis and synthesis were used.
The results based on the answers of the respondents show that the main factor of dissatisfaction is the thermal insulation of the company. This problem could be solved by renovation project of the company. The data obtained should help the company to improve the quality of their services and possibly further identify their weaknesses.
