Abstract
This bachelor thesis is dealing with increasing in efficiency of camera system of the town Frýdek-Místek. The aim of this thesis is to describe and to analyze camera system of the town Frýdek-Místek. The thesis also focuses on legal issues of the camera system. After analyzing the current state of the camera system in Frýdek - Místek are given innovative proposals to improve efficiency.
