Návrh školícího modelu pro testování základních prvků PLC knihovny

Abstract

This thesis deals with the design and implementation of a unified library of function blocks for programmable logic controllers and the construction of a training workstation based on the B&R platform. Its aim is to create a consistent and reusable block architecture that enables the separation of application logic from the control of technological devices and their integration with a higher-level ABB supervisory system via OPC UA. The theoretical part addresses the principles of programmable logic controllers, their structure and development, as well as the software environment defined by the IEC 61131-3 standard and the principles of control application design. In the practical part, a function block library with a unified interface and a unified approach to state evaluation is designed and implemented. To verify the proposed solution, a training workstation using B&R hardware is developed. The functionality is verified in a demonstration application using the physical OSLO DEMO simulator developed by ABB and controlled by an Arduino microcontroller. The result of this thesis is a training workstation with B&R hardware and a library of function blocks designed for communication with the ABB 800xA supervisory system via OPC UA, verified on a demonstration application. The developed solution is intended primarily for training purposes; however, it also allows practical use in industrial applications.
