Abstract

The thesis is about getting acquainted with the single-purpose machine chosen by the company to create a digital twin. It analyses the necessary documents, which include design data, required functions, planned components of the machine's electrical equipment and control system, technological signals and other relevant information. The work demonstrates the use of digital twin simulation for the control system, which can be used for training the machine operator. Another important aspect is the definition and implementation of tests that will be used to verify the percentage of defective products in production, model the pressure flow, monitor the progress of the products and other operational situations.
