Abstract

CHALUPA, Vojtěch, Urban study of ÚS 58, Ostrava – Hrabová city, diploma thesis, Ostrava: VŠB – Technical Univerzity of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering , Department of Urban Engineering, Ostrava 2017, 71 pages. The aim of this master´s thesis is to design the functional and spatial use of the site in Ostrava-Hrabová. In the territorial plan of Ostrava it is designated as development area B 231 with the condition of processig the study ÚS 58 with the use of housing in family houses. The territorial study is processed on the basis of regulations of the spatial plan with respect to the surrounding functions and character of the buildings. The study is developed in three variants of spatial layout with evaluation of the real usability and the possibility of connection to the surrounding area including ensuring the permeability of the territory. The final variation is further elaborated in more detail, including transport solutions, maintenance of engineering networks and evaluation of the economic complexity of the solution.
