Abstract

The content of the thesis is consumption including technological processes of low-energy residential building, construction drawings, technical report on the construction part, technological implementation process of the roof, the work schedule for the construction of the roof and an itemized budget of the roof. Degree of project complies with documentation for building permission proceedings. Low-energy building has four-storey including basement and is intended for permanent habitation with wheelchair access. The building contains six apartments 3 + 1, typical apartment has 112.20 square meters, two apartments on the ground floor allow wheelchair use. The basement is designed for the garage, storage rooms and technical equipment.
