Abstract
The aim of my bachelor work was a strategic analysis of a company. This work is divided into seven chapters. The first and last chapter is introduction and conclusion. In the third chapter, I described technical terminology related to this topic, such as the definition of strategies and strategic management. In the fourth chapter I focused on characterizing UNEX a.s. company. Chapter five sets out results of the swot and pest analysis. In the penultimate chapter is focused on suggestions and recommendations which i designed based on results from chapter five.
