Hospodaření vybraného zdravotnického zařízení

Abstract

The aim of bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial management of selected health care facilities in the years during 2010-2014. Selected health care facilities is Podhorská hospital Inc., Rýmařov, whose founder is AGEL Inc. Operrationally economic indicators and financial indicators were used for analysis. Among the economic indicators there are compared costs and revenues hospital for the period 2010-2014. Further there was financial analysis, especially the analysis of indebtedness, liquidity, profitability and activities performed. In case of operating parameters there are monitored indicators such as number of beds, number of hospitalized patients, number of employees, availability and use of beds, average length of treatment. Based on these operational and economic indicators we managed to create a basic picture of the financial health of the hospital. The hospital, despite minor shortcomings, manages profitably. It is able to cover all its commitments and fulfill its obligations
