Abstract

The crisis represents anything that threatens or significantly affect the life of the company. The company is in crisis, if the situation in which the business is located, in the long term adversely affects its activity. Crisis management is a method to overcome the crisis. Crisis management has different phases. In the first phase of the company identifies and analyzes the sources of the crisis. The next stage is looking for the procedure to the crisis. In the third phase implements suitable solutions to the crisis. At the end evaluate the development and progress solution to the crisis. The crisis may not come from a bad management, but also from the external environment of the company. With the global interconnection of economies, the risk of crisis from the external environment improves. Crisis management and risk management should be implemented into the company's strategy and goals.
