Problematika due diligence ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

This Master’s thesis deals with problem of Due Diligence in the selected company. The thesis comprises the theoretical part and the application part. The theoretical part includes a description of basic terms and of the procedure used to carry out due diligence as specified in the relevant literature. The application part contains, in accordance with theoretical knowledge, the implementation of application of due diligence in the selected particular small company and the outputs thereof.
