Metodika pro zajištění nezbytné péče o evakuované osoby

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is the methodology formation that suggests the way of long-term global evacuation is processed, including the provision of a necessary care for the evacuees; and in such a form that the impact of the emergency events on evacuees could be eliminated at the maximum. Opening part of the thesis deals with the consequences and emergency events division. Further it analyses various kinds of evacuation and its way of implementation and it is focused on the evacuation failures identification in Czech republic and abroad. The methodology outline, which could be used for long-term global evacuation from the caution to the necessary care provision, concludes the whole issue.
