Měření optických a elektrických vlastností nanokompozitů

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with measuring of optical and electrical properties of a polyanili-ne/montmorillonite (PANI/MMT) nanocomposite. Samples with PANI/MMT nanocomposite have been delivered from Nanotechnology Centre of VŠB-TU Ostrava. Samples PANI/MMT have been used for measuring electrical resistance, optical permeability and optical power reflectivity. All measurements have been started with the shortest delay from their preparation to determine their initial parameters and time, before they stabilized or changed properties. Some of the samples have been sub-jected to heating and another group of the samples have been subjected to cooling. Mea-surements have been performed at automated experimental workstations based on compo-nents from Thorlabs company and driven by a program created in software environment La-bVIEW.
