The bachelor's thesis is conceived as project documentation for the construction of a family house with implementation of heating system, according to czech building code [3].
This building is mostly made of clay blocks and it has two ground floors and no basement. The building has an L-shaped floor. The building is situated on a slope. The first floor is completely covered with soil from the north side. The building is designed to meet all current housing requirements for a year-round living for a family of four.
Thermal comfort in the building is ensured by a combined system of hot water underfloor heating and electric radiators. The proposed heat source for the heating and hot water system is a ground / water heat pump.
The bachelor's thesis is divided into two sections with annexes. At first, the construction part is solved, which contains: accompanying report, summary technical report, drawing part. The second part is documentation of technical building installations, which contains documentation of heating equipment with heat source design, technical report with evaluation of thermal performance the building envelope, and drawing part.
The bachelor's thesis includes the poster, which is used for the presentation.
