Optimalizace provozu turbosoustrojí na základě analýzy kritických stavů

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to suggest an improvement of the operation and preventive maintenance which leads to decrease in failure rate, emergence of dangerous states and economic losses of turbine set TG3 Teplárny Československé armády Karviná as a potential subject of critical infrastructure. In this thesis the author deals with the issue of turbine set operation. A part of this thesis is comprised of a technological description of a turbine set including its specifics. There is a foreign maintenance analysis method OMF on the basis of the failure rate of the facility used in this thesis for the purpose of reaching the set objectives of preventive maintenance optimization. A set of measures for maintenance optimization, their comparison with the previous state and economic view of possible contribution of these measures is the result of this thesis. The author also speculates about the system of maintenance as one of the main preventive measures for the protection of critical infrastructure element.
