Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to choose appropriate business strategy and devise some improvements which would lead to effective working in a manufacturing firm X. To achieve this aim was necessary to create strategic analysis using a PESTLE analysis, SWOT analysis,financial analysis and Porter´s Five Forces Model of Competition. After that was described a process how to realize chosen strategy.
