Optimalizace dopravy uhelného prachu na úpravně uhlí v Ledvicích

Abstract

The bachelor thesis entitled "Optimization of coal dust transport at the coal preparation plant in Ledvice" deals with the replacement of the filtration technology and the design of a new transport technology used for the disposal of the extracted coal dust on the conveyor overflows in the coarse screening plant. The thesis describes the history of the coal preparation plant in Ledvice, a brief description of the coal treatment at the preparation plant and a description of the operation at the coarse screening plant. Furthermore, the new filtration plant is described together with the newly designed conveying technology, which details how the extracted coal dust is conveyed and disposed of. Last but not least, the shortcomings of the new conveying technology, and how to eliminate them, are presented in the paper. At the same time, suggestions for optimizing the conveying equipment are described.
