Abstract

The diploma thesis focused to finish the Storage instruction in Hobby Market OBI Ostrava and the design of a training program aimed at improving safe behavior in warehouse. The introductory part of the diploma thesis presents the conditions for the allocation of personal protective equipment, training organization, occupational accidents and dates of technical inspections and controls at the workplace. The practical part of the diploma thesis is focused on the issue of adult education. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create training to get acquainted with the Storage instruction, which will increase the level of safety in the workplace.
