Abstract

Subject of this thesis is Employee Education and Development System in the ČEMAT trading, spol. s r.o. Firm. The research was incorporated THP and technicians. The theoretical part with the help of literature describes and defines the basic terms of training and staff development. The practical part focuses on the analysis of system education and development of society through a written questionnaire. Results of the research proposals and recommendations which are intended to improve the state of education and staff development.
