Optimalizace výrobní linky v konkrétním podniku

Abstract

Bachelor thesis deals with optimization of rotors production line no. 165, which was chosen based on OEE analysis. In first part of the thesis, there are characteristics of methods and concepts used in lean manufacturing. Second part contains information about company Brose, its history, customers and products. Third part is focused on analysis of production line using OEE, Value Stream Mapping and measuring times, right at the production line. Fourth part contains suggestions on how to improve the current condition of the line by implementing methods of lean manufacturing and other measures. Methods, that were used are 5S, SMED, TPM and TWI. After that comes evaluation of mentioned suggestions from which can be determined, that successful implementation could lower downtime of the line by 7,83 % and increase productivity by 5,33%.
