Návrh dopravně bezpečnostních opatření na silnici III/48411 ve Sviadnově a Frýdku - Místku

Abstract

The goal of dissertation was to design of traffic safety measures on road III/48411 (formerly main road I/56) in Sviadnov and Frýdek- Místek. In western part of urban area, there is motorway R/56 Ostrava – Frýdek – Místek, which provide the most important traffic connection. Road III/4845 Sviadnov – Fryčovice serves as connection between motorway R/56 and road III/48411. The Technical facilities for infrastructure are located in urban area Sviadnov. The most significant ones are these: heating plant in Frýdek – Místek, sewage treatment plant in Frýdek – Místek and transformational station in Lískovec. The reasons for optimalization of traffic were especially to increase safety of pedestrians and cyclists, to reduce emmisions and noise from transit traffic and also esthetical point of view, which was neglected in Sviadnov. Result is design of optimal solution including budget for optimistic, realistic and pessimistic option.
