Abstract

This Bachelor thesis is focused on analysing the currentmeans of planning and improvement of product quality in the process of design and product development in the Brose CZ Spol. S.r.o. company. The first, introductory theoretical part, is dedicated to the characteristic stages of planning and improvement of a product quality. The second part is focused on the establishing of the company and the current situation in Brose CZ spol. S.r.o. The next part includes ananalysis of the methods used and tools of planning and improvement of product quality under practical conditions in the Brose company. In the conclusion of this thesis, there is a practical example of applying a network graph with there sult showing shortening of the production process plus a form for collection of data, which can be used for the processing of data needed to analyse theefficiency of the production process.
