Regenerace sídliště při ulici Výškovická, Ostrava - Jih

Abstract

The diploma thesis is engaged in regeneration of housing estate in Vyskovicka street in the city district Ostrava - Jih. At the basis of an analysis of the current status of housing estate have been designed changes, which include transformation and humanization the area in the question of urban and architectural. There are clearly defined areas of housing estate of their using. The regeneration deals with solving of transport and technical infrastructure, green spaces, relaxing areas and street furniture. The increased emphasis is given on the possibilities of parking in this area with regard to the increasing level of motorization. The proposal respects the conditions of subsidy title of Government Regulation No. 494/2000 Coll., As amended.
