Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to evaluate the processes of recruitment and selection of employees in the selected company. In the first part of the thesis the basic information concerning the recruitment and selection of employees is theoretically explained. Here are the different processes and methods of the given area. In the next part is presented the selected company, its history, present and also the structure of the employees together with the organizational structure of the company. The following chapter evaluates the current processes of recruiting and selecting employees in the selected company. The final part of the bachelor thesis deals with the proposals and recommendations, which were drafted on the basis of the obtained documents, the theory and the questionnaire survey carried out in the selected company. These proposals should lead to the improvement of the processes of recruitment and selection of employees in the company.
