Abstract

This thesis deals with the valuation of the company BROMASTAV, Ltd. by selected valuation methods. In the theoretical part are of terms such as company, company value, methods, process and reason for valuation. The practical part is focused on the selected company and includes strategic analysis, financial analysis and SWOT analysis. The valuation of the company is performed subsequently by methods of accounting and substantial value, capitalized earnings method and DCF-Entity method. The conclusion is a summary of the results and subsequent proposals and recommendations.
