Abstract
The subject of my bachelor thesis is setting up small and medium-sizes enterprise, rather a Limited Company. By establishing a fictitious company, conversant by providing wellness services, I wanted to discover, how demanding establishing a new enterprise is and which operations is necessary to accomplish.
In first part of the bachelor thesis are sum up theoretical bases, which I abide in second - practical part with. This section is concerned with virtual setting up WELLNESS CENTRE BABYLON, Ltd. There are chronologically introduced activities and documentary you need during the setting up a Limited Company. The business plan is included in theses too, which is focused on areas of marketing, management and finance.
