Abstract
The master thesis compares "Martincův" Tariff Act of 1927 with the currently applicable law. Customs Law was in 1927 significantly amended by this Act and the subsequent legislators benefited greatly from it. In contrast, the currently customs law is far more complex and fragmented. Following an analysis of old and current customs regulations, we found letters, notes and provisions that small changes remain.
