Popírání pohledávek věřitelů v insolvenčním řízení

Abstract

The topic of my thesis is claims disputing in insolvence proceeding. The aim of this paper is to present the system deny the claims of creditors, to analyze the grounds for annulment of the Constitutional Court to annul the provisions of § 192 paragraph 1 of the Insolvency Act and consider the criticism of this decision. The work is divided into 3 chapters. The first chapter deals with concepts and creditor claims, in the second chapter, the actual conduct of insolvency proceedings in the third chapter I evaluate the situation after the repeal of the provision denying the claims of creditors
