Komparace managementu dvou fotbalových klubů

Abstract

The main objective of the bachelor thesis is to analyze and compare the clubs SFC Opava and SK Sigma Olomouc in terms of the management structure, youth academy, sponzorship and club economy. In the theoretical part of the thesis, management, marketing, sources of finance and typology of sports organizations, market research and SWOT analysis are described. The practical part is focused on the analysis and comparison of both clubs. Objective is achieved by provided interviews and information from members of the management and annual accounts from the period 2008 – 2013. The main contribution consists of proposed solutions to improve the current situation of clubs.
