Marek Jašek, Ph.D. The subject of the bachelor's thesis "Financial comparison of variants of surface treatment of internal walls of the apartment building in Rajec" is the elaboration of the project documentation for the construction permit of the building of a residential building. The aim of the project is to focus on the technology of realization of single-layered and double-layer plasters. Compare their price variants, their advantages and disadvantages, transportation, handling and the technology itself. Furthermore, in bachelor thesis I focus on the itemized budget of individual variants of surface treatments. The bachelor thesis follows the previous project of the subject Specialized project I. and II. (documentation for building permit).
