Abstract
The main point of the thesis is creating laboratory tasks for implementation of FFT and STFT algorithms. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a description of basic bioelectrical signals (ECG, EMG, EEG) and analysis methods of time, frequency and time-frequency domains. The first point of practical part is database of biological signals. Another practical part is focused on the designing and testing of algorithms for calculation of frequency spectrum and spectrogram. Second last point is creation of graphical-user interface for frequency and time-frequency signal analysis. Last point is laboratory task that contains all parts of this bachelor thesis.
