Abstract

This thesis is devoted to the issues of the marketing communications firm. Specifically, it deals with the analysis and subsequent design of marketing communication for The safety driving centre. The goal of this thesis is, based on the theoretical materials and the analysis of the environmental documents, design elements of marketing communication that appeal and motivate the potential customers of The safe driving centre LIBROS Ostrava to purchase the services. It is a service of a safety driving course which, thanks to the theoretical and practical training, educates participants in the areas of safe and defensive driving, prevention and emergency response in traffic. Proposals and recommendations for existing marketing communication are based on research which was conducted by written survey by way of the method appropriate judgment combined with quota sampling. Based on this research were recommended steps in areas particular price and its optimal setting, websites presentations, radio commercials and advertising on social networks.
