Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with a transformation of Czechoslovakian economics after the year 1989. Step by step it is describing a situation before the transformation and the privatization itself focussed on a voucher method. There is described what gaps was left in the laws and the economic theory. This problems mentioned are than described in a particular cases which often ended up at a court. But not all of them was solved.
