Záchrana zdravotně postižených osob

Abstract

Cílem práce je navrhnout metodiku pro postup při záchraně zdravotně postižených osob. Práce přitom zohledňuje jednotlivé druhy postižení a jejich specifika. Dále je zaměřena na komunikaci a celkový přístup k těmto osobám. Je zde vyložena legislativa vztahující se k dané problematice a současný stav zdravotně postižených v celkové populaci. Práce shrnuje poznatky a rady odborníků v dané oblasti, které by mohly být využitelné při provádění záchrany osob se zdravotním postižením. Tyto poznatky a rady jsou shrnuty do jednoduchých postupů tak, aby doplnily současné předpisy, které se zaměřují pouze na komunikaci při záchraně těchto osob.

The goal of this work is to design methodology for rescuing disabled people. The work takes into account the different types of disabilities and their specifics. It is focused on communication and the overall approach to these persons. There is interpreted legislation relating to the issue and the current state of disability in the general population. The work summarizes the findings and advice of experts in the area, that could by useful in rescuing of persons with disabilities. These findings and advice are summarized into simple procedures to supplement current regulations, which focus only on communication to rescue these people.
