MATEŘSKÁ ŠKOLE V OPAVĚ

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zpracování projektové dokumentace určené pro provádění stavby v souladu s vyhláškou č. 499/2006 Sb., ve znění novely č. 131/2024 Sb., která upravuje požadavky na dokumentaci staveb. Součástí práce je textová část zahrnující průvodní zprávu, technickou zprávu architektonicko-stavebního řešení, statické posouzení železobetonové patky a přílohy tepelně-technického hodnocení podle ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011). Druhou část tvoří výkresová dokumentace. Podkladem pro zpracování této diplomové práce byla studie připravená v rámci předmětu Diplomová práce. Projekt řeší novostavbu mateřské školy umístěnou na území města Opavy. Objekt je navržen jako samostatně stojící budova se dvěma nadzemními podlažími.

The subject of this master’s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for construction execution in accordance with Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., as amended by Decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on construction documentation. The thesis includes a written part, which contains the introductory report, the technical report of the architectural and structural design, the static assessment of the reinforced concrete footing’s toothed joint, and appendices of the thermaltechnical assessment according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011). Furthermore, the thesis includes a drawing part. The basis for the elaboration of this master’s thesis was the design study prepared within the courses Project I and Project II. The designed building of the kindergarten is located in the city of Opava. The new kindergarten building is a detached structure with two aboveground floors.
