Abstract

Within my bachelor work has ben order the topic of down system social security in Czech Republic with detailed analysis social security with regard to The assistance in material poverty and payment of benefits. Bachelor work consists of five parts. In the first part I describe the consecution of making the final work and consist of setting of objectives. The second part consists of basic terms of the social politic, definitions, social assist and the structure of social help that is provided to a citizen in material poverty. In the third part I describe the structure of social help in Zábřeh na Moravě that was provided to people living there in years 2004-2008. In this part I am interested mainly in number of citizen who got the social benefits, how much did they get. To make this analyses it was necessary to know the number of work-active and non-active people. In the fourth part my final work I do assessment data analysis and I had to piece it together hypotheses. This part made me sure that my prognostication was right. The last part I strike a balance of my final work. It is necessary to say the new law motivates citizen to be more active to have better level of living.
