Flexibilita trhu práce

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the analysis and comparison of flexible forms of employment in the chosen countries of the European Union. In the practical part, part-time employment, temporary employment, self-employment and agency employment are examined one by one in five EU countries: in Germany, Great Britain, Sweden, Spain and Poland. In the next chapter, the flexible forms of employment mentioned above are investigated within the Czech Republic. The thesis concludes with suggestions and recommendations that may contribute to greater flexibility in selected labour markets.
