This is followed by an overview of the legal and other regulations that set out the obligations and requirements for ensuring occupational health and safety on this type of construction site, including a comparison with German legislation. The last part of the theoretical section is devoted to occupational accidents in construction, focusing on the topic of this thesis, including a comparison of occupational accidents in both countries and a risk analysis for a better understanding of the issue and a more effective risk assessment. The practical section includes an introduction to the technological process of the construction and the aforementioned risk assessment, followed by the proposal of appropriate measures.
