Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis in hand is a family house construction project in accordance with Technical Building Services and a family house heating project. All regulations and standards have been respected throughout the project. A gas condensing boiler has been chosen as a main source of heating in the new family house. The heating system consists of a combination of panel heaters, tubular heaters and over floor heaters. The bachelor thesis further deals with a design of a solar water heating and its incorporation into the functional whole. A bivalent tank is used to accumulate hot water from the solar system. The integration of the solar system heating of hot water is an effort to reduce the energy costs of the new family house.
