Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the creation of process maps for a specific company. In management, as well as in other fields leads to the repetition of certain activities, the so-called processes. These processes are interrelated, build on each other and relate with them certain resources (inputs, outputs). Currently, when there is a lot of competition, firms must be able to respond quickly. To the ability of individual firms should, it is necessary to introduce in the companies process management. Dissertation will be in terms of content divided into two main parts. In the first part, the theory will be described the methodology and methods that will be used. In addition to the definition of all the methods used to obtain information, there will also be a description of a software program in which it will be subsequently carried out processing of procedural map. Next will be described the basic concepts that are closely related to process management. In the practical part, attention will be directed to a specific company. This company will be in more detail presented and we will analyse the business environment. Thanks Deminguv‘s cycle occurs, the identification and detailed description of all the important processes, which is associated with a particular company. As has already been mentioned above, the output of the thesis is just a process map created in the software program, which should be the company a better overview of all processes, In addition to all these individual processes company streamline. In the last part of the thesis will be given individual recommendations arising from the creation of process maps.
