Abstract
In my bachelor thesis, I focus on the economic analysis of Severočeské doly a. s. This economic analysis was carried out for the period from 2008 until 2013. The economic indicators of profitability, liquidity and financial stability were used for this analysis.
The first part of the thesis focuses on the company characteristics and describes the company's operations and its mining sites. Further I describe the economic analysis and the ratio indicator that will be used in the practical part.
The second part is devoted to calculation of the particular indicators and their conversion into graphs followed by subsequent comparison with other years.
