Abstract
The dissertation thesis deals with the interference of obtrusive light in the Czech Republic. The first part is devoted to defining the problem of obtrusive light The following chapter deals with regulations and recommendations in sphere obtrusive light, which is contained in directions CIE or law number 395/2005 of collection and next part describes sources of obtrusive light with regard to distribution of light flux. The fourth chapter explains the problems of categorization, it is first increased brightness of the sky deteriorating visibility of space objects and phenomena in the universe, followed by various forms of bright light, a light interference - in excess of light to illuminate the area outside the relevant area of distorting the natural environment of the state overnight and last category is the loss of electricity. Another section explains the link-light engineering units to astronomical. The seventh section is devoted to physical and astronomical methods. Astronomical methods and procedures used to measure the brightness of the background of the "night sky, based on methods commonly used in so-called photometric brightness measurements of astronomical objects. This chapter provides an overview of the simplest methods, which practically do not put any demands on the observation technique and are based only on the specific knowledge and experience of the observer, to methods requiring the use of optical systems with CCD camera. The next chapter deals with lighting and technical methods for detecting the night sky brightness, whether the measurement of illuminance caused by bright night sky or direct measurement of "quality of the sky" by Unihedron - Sky Quality Meter (SQM). Meteorological models are described in the ninth kapitlole. There is described the calculation of sky brightness, depending on natural conditions and the emitted luminous flux and is also performed descriptive statistics measured set of night illuminance. This chapter contains one of the main benefits of the dissertation and the relative five-part scale of obtrusive light the night sky. Another section is devoted to light emissive in the upper half-space and above average build-intensity curve and the curve so formed to determine the direct flux from the average going into the upper half-space lighting.
The main benefits of the dissertation is eleven parts, which deals with the practical experiments, serving to validate the theoretical assumptions and statistical processing of data obtained and the subsequent evaluation of the statistical analysis. Above all, establishing a more detailed scale of light pollution the night sky and the determination of the individual sources of light interference.
