Abstract

This bachelor´s works deals with specific requierments of most commonly used Semiconductor Devices in electronics practicals and basic attestation of their work. The theoretical part consist of the features, characteristics and basic "switch-on". The practical part considers the suggestion and realization of simple testers for bipolar tranzistors, operational amplifiers and timer 555. For the design of these testers the program Eagle was used, in which the scheme was created and transformed to printed circuit board. Indications of functional and non-functional Semiconductor Devices are created with the help of LED diodes.
