Analýza vlivu teritoriality na vybrané hodnotové multiplikátory dvou automobilových podniků

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to valuate two dominant car manufacturers operating in different countries of the European Union and to compare their value multipliers when changing territoriality. The valuation is performed using the two-phase DCF Entity method as of 1 January 2021. The second chapter is about the description of the methodology of company valuation and the creation of value multipliers. The third chapter focuses on the creation of a financial plan and free cash flow, which are necessary for the valuation of the company. In the fourth chapter, a sensitivity analysis of selected territorial factors in the domestic conditions of both companies is performed. Then the companies are transformed into the conditions of a competing company and the influence of territorial factors on value multipliers is examined. Based on these multipliers, the two companies are compared.
