Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor thesis is comparison of product liability insurance for damage caused by operation of the vehicle and the selection of the optimal product for a particular client on the basis of his preferences. Bachelor thesis is composed out of the introduction and conclusion of three main parts. The first part is devoted to the general characteristics and classification of insurance, then the characteristics of liability insurance for damage caused by operation of the vehicle, knows as third party liability, and also the methodology associated with multi-criteria decision making, which is necessary for the determination of the optimal variant. In the second part is a description of the selected insurance companies that offer third party liability, and then describes each of the products liability insurance offered by those insurance companies. Last, the practical part is focused on the determination of weights of individual criteria and determine the optimum product for a particular client by using multi-criteria evaluation of variant.
