Identifikace rizik ovlivňujících trh práce ve vybraném regionu ČR

Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I focus on identification of labour market risks in the Usti region, which is one of the regions most affected by unemployment and others, related to this fact. I identify risks that increases or decreases supply or demand in the current employment market. Comparing the facts from multiple sources, I identified the risks that affect the employment market. There is a constant balance on the employment market, especially with regards to the development of the economy and the implementation of the strategic steps of the Czech government. Through its interventions, the state helps to balance supplies and demands. There are active employment policy and procedure and a variety of strategies and control measures that make it possible for the protected characterises of people with disabilities to find suitable employment. In the evaluation of the described risks I also focus on the goals of active employment policy and procedure and then I mention the development of the market. The conclusion is focused on the main risks that occur in the employment market. Here are some recommendations.
