Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the customer behavior in the new form accomodation market. The aim of the bachelor thesis is analysis of customer behaviour and recommendantions for improving service levels. The characteristic part of the bachelor thesis describes the new form accomodation. The thesis is based on the marketing research focused on the analysis of customer behavior in the new form accomodation market realized by electronic questionnaire survey. The practical part contains statistical analysis of customer behaviour, followed by author‘s recommendations for improvements.
