Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on marketing research of employees satisfaction in the company FERRMON, spol. s r. o. The thesis is divided into four chapters. The first part describes marketing and the essence of marketing research. The second part focuses on information and a brief description of the company. The third chapter is followed by a practical part, which written on the basis of a questionnaire survey. Thanks to this step were some possible ways of increasing employeers satisfaction and therefore their performance determinated. This will consequently improve the quality of provided service. As a result, the company´s market penetration increases. In the last part of the thesis are made some recommendations and options to increase the overall employee satisfaction.
