Abstract

This thesis focuses on the analysis and evaluation of the potential risks during installation of elevators in revitalized amenities buildings. The introductory part introduces not only with the legislation in force in the Czech Republic and abroad, but also with the characterization of the lift, its operation and modernization of the particular elevator company Otis, a.s. The next section is devoted to familiarization with the potential risks during installation of elevators ad with the procedure for risk analysis and assessment, together with the evaluation measure of risk in the methods used. In conclusion, there is mention of the obligations of operators of elevators and statistics of occupational injuries. The aim is to ensure the safety of qualified personnel when installing and servicing activities elevators, alternatively propose appropriate measures.
